Hartford City Kiwanis Scholarship in Memory of Mike McDougall

The Hartford City Kiwanis Club established this scholarship in memory of Kiwanian Mike McDougall, local dentist. This fund was created by Dr. Wally Roth, former Taylor University professor of Computer Science and Engineering, and his wife Marlene Roth, retired teacher with Blackford County Schools. The scholarship provides financial support to a student who plans to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study in science, education, or any medical field.

Errol Washburn Scholarship

This scholarship is given in memory of Errol Washburn, an industrial arts teacher at Blackford High School for many years. This scholarship supports a student studying elementary or secondary education or a course of study in a medical field.
