How to Apply

Please contact our Executive Director to determine if your proposal fits the guidelines. If you are asked to submit a formal proposal, make sure it considers the following:

  • Purpose and definition of the project or program
  • Background of the request office
  • Officers and staff personnel of requesting organization
  • Financial information and budgets
  • Evaluation results
  • How will the project be affected if grant is not received?
Deadlines for submitting applications in 2012 are:
  • January 31
  • March 31
  • June 30
  • September 30
