Blackford County Animal Shelter

This fund was established by the Blackford County Animal Shelter in 2010, with the generous assistance of the Blackford County Humane Society, for supporting its mission to provide temporary shelter, care, and medical attention for stray, surrendered, or otherwise homeless cats and dogs in Blackford County; to prevent animal cruelty and neglect and prosecute offenders; to strengthen the human-animal bond through education and adoption; and to promote the importance of spaying and neutering to help control the pet overpopulation.

Annette Ervin Blalock Memorial Fund

This fund was established by the Ervin family in memory of Annette Ervin Blalock, who especially loved spending time with her Great Danes. The fund supports the Blackford County Animal Shelter and is dedicated to the welfare of companion animals.
